650km’s into a 1,776km drive, you’re sitting at the first truck stop with a decent roast lamb and mint sauce.  Josho next to you is scrolling Facebook when he says “These bloody ads are listening to us mate, was talking about getting a new fishin reel and now that’s all I see!”  “I don’t trust those things in our trucks either, I reckon they are watching us in a warehouse somewhere”.

Technology can be scary especially when a monitoring system is involved, but how do you get people to trust you in an age of mistrust and disinformation?  Meet them where they are!  Find out their issues and address them using their terms, plus a bit of self-deprecating humour 😉
